Weight Management and Healthy Living Group

This group will be different than anything you have ever tried before. Since 2015 I have been working with individuals privately and in groups to help them achieve their weight loss goals. I have found that some of my non-weight loss focused clients were losing weight just from having their emotional issues addressed. No longer needing to grab that snack to fill an emotional need they had because their emotions had been healed. This weight loss group covers several different areas specific to weight loss. Some of them include sugar addiction, cravings, emotional eating, bad habits, exercise motivation, increasing self esteem, increasing water intake, motivation to stay on track. Hypnosis is a natural state, called the theta state, that you go in and out of many times through out a day. We use this relaxed state to create changes and heal emotional wounds from the past.

I consider myself a bad sugar addict, I would eat at least one big choc bar A day, tons of coffee creamer, many candies here and their and a handful of choc chip before bed!!!! During this weight loss group we meet as a GROUP 6 TIMES and have 2 PRIVATE SESSIONS. These one hour group sessions will be held on the same evening at the same time each week for 6 consecutive weeks. The two private sessions must be used within the first 3 weeks of starting the program for the best results. Each week we will work on many of the issues listed above, as reinforcement is key to success. The private sessions will work on your specific and personal weight loss hurdles and needs. I believe all of our issues come from emotional wounding that once healed results in relief from our issues. I have seen this time and time again with my clients. You will not be asked to share any personal information during the group but sharing is encouraged for camaraderie and support. Your private sessions are ALWAYS 100% completely confidential. No information you share with myself will ever be brought up in the group or discussed outside of our private sessions.
